Who are we?

Premier Corporate Printing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to monitor and maintain all operations and office management related activities in territory. The Operations Manager will be required to:

Provide daily oversight of office management and facilities support including supplies, vendor contact, and office maintenance. Distribute mail and packages. Facilitate the process of setting up workstations for new employees. Maintain the administration of travel services which includes coordinating signature approvals with the appropriate itinerary, providing daily support to MediaMind travelers, and managing the travel budget. Work with Human Resources on employee relations related events and issues including quarterly events, community service initiatives, office lunches/breakfasts, etc.

What will you need to succeed?

Premier Corporate Printing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to monitor and maintain all operations and office management related activities in territory. The Operations Manager will be required to:

5+ years experience in a Public Relations agency as an account executive or public relations manager at a technology company. Project Manager. Able to multi-task and execute on effective, objectives-based PR programs. Excellent Writer. Excellent editor. Able to craft from scratch creative press materials including pitches, press releases, fact sheets, articles, case studies, blog posts, and Q&As. Able to write concisely and persuasively externally to media and agency/publisher target audiences. Digital media or technology space experience.

Office Administrator

Who are we?

Coordinates various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management. Requires strong communication skills and some accounting knowledge. May include supervision of office administrative staff.

Coordinating with the management and the staff Looking after the requirements of each department Keeping a close watch on all the duties being performed by each department Reporting about the office to the general manager Preparing a daily report about the offices Looking after the budgets of each department

What will you need to succeed?

A bachelor's degree in commerce Need to have experience of at least 4-5 years in administration Other courses regarding management are welcome.
